Overview

In 2006 T.R. Finn & Co. opened its first office in Langsuan next to Lumpini Park with a full-time staff of five led by the founder Tero Raassina all sharing the same core house beliefs:

• In a world of massive organizations with a broad portfolios of services, there is room for a small firm with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity, and senior-level attention to clients and relationships.
• In the 2000s world of "bear hugs" in the Emerging Markets and more or less hostile takeovers and wars, the firm would only invest capital and advise clients in strictly friendly situations, supporting strong and transparent management teams.
• In a world of ever larger corporations, there is talented, entrepreneurial professionals, who in a more personal and tranquil settings, would join T.R. Finn & Co. in creating affiliated businesses and project consortiums in their areas of expertise.
• In a world rife with conflicts of interest, there is a need for a firm that is able to provide entirely independent advice and counsel without any pressure from any alternative agendas or interest groups.
